"DO NOT MOVE HERE! Property was sold in 2017/18 to an owner who you are never allowed to contact. His manager, Rhonda Arnold, is unprofessional and will sit and ignore your call and only text back when she feels like it. Maintenance guy Will is nice, but physically he is unable to maintain this property and his response time is snails pace. He lives right in the front of the property but good luck getting his help. They keep raising rent but no yard care, pressure washing or anything to make this place presentable. Rhonda is a piece of work and very unprofessional. No rent receipts, notices etc. When you ask about these things you'll hear she's busy with so many properties and her office is not in the county. Been here for several years but will be moving time this COVID thing gets better."

"BEWARE! UNITE 5006 BEECHRAFT WAY does have MOLD and there are at least 2 other units that do as well. New owners do not and did not care to remedy the situation. If I can leave 0 stars I would. This was a nice place to live when it was run by the previous management. Since the new owners, the place is of little to no desire to be. No lawn care, no REAL maintenance, NO security, ETC. A lot of people complain and are told if you are not happy here you can leave. But we all know in this day and age it is not that easy... Just beware before you move here You can find a BETTER PLACE to live."
