"Florida native and resident. The last time I visited Clearwater Beach was 1983. The place has really changed. We completely enjoyed the environment. We rented a private beach front condo, The Villas of Clearwater, via B&W Management. B&W Management was very well organized, proactive and all about customer satisfaction before, during, and after our stay. The condo was CLEAN, fully equipped and matched the photos on the site! All we needed to bring was clothes and food! We looked at larger 3 bedroom options for our stay as we anticipate more family and friends might join us. The Villas are just a few minutes walk (couple blocks) north of the busy area near the Sandpearl and traffic turnabout. In this area you will find many food options, shops, and nightlife. The beach is well maintained and managed by local authority. All water activities are for rent just steps down the beach. We only needed the car to shop at Publix for food and the gym. Photos are of the west, south, and north view from condo. Thanks B&M for a great experience"

"This condo building is amazing. The ocean views are unbelievable. It is just down from where all the restaurants are so it is easily walkable, but it is very quiet as it is out of all of crowded places. We loved it so much we came back for the second year this January and actually bought one of the units. The management company is fantastic. Mona helped us so much and did everything imaginable to make the stay perfect."

"We had the BEST time staying here for a week. The condo was perfect, large, clean and had everything we needed to get by for a week. The view of the ocean was absolutely breath taking. This was for sure one of the best vacations we have ever been on. The kids loved it as well. 5 star all the way. We will be back!"
