"Now The Oasis run by Roselyfe Property management, terrible property managers. Slum lord apartments your bathtub will be coated with paint meant for a regular wall. The cheap paint will peel with the flick of a nail. Will raise the rent for no good reason while making no improvements to the property."
"Came here to meet with someone to see an apartment and nobody showed up or called, after confirming the appointment. Also, spoke with several neighbors who mentioned how bad their plumbing was amongst many other issues like roaches, broken closet and cabinet doors that nobody will fix. Yikes, run!"
"Lived here for 5 years and for the whole time they never fixed anything they only try to make the outside look nice. They’re constantly changing owners; when my family moved in it was dirty and we had to clean the apartment, they didn’t even relain the bathroom with actual paint they used spray paint which chipped away in less than a year horrible apartments. Strongly advise you to not move here."
"The management team is very unprofessional, continuous plumming issues, as well as ants and pets. Needs a lot of improvement with turnaround times for services being done. Quiet neighborhood."
"Waited over a month to see the 1 bedroom apartment that was listed as 500 square feet. When I finally got to see the apartment it had not been professionally cleaned, nor was ot move in ready. The one bedroom apartment is extremely small. This unit was not 500 square feet. This unit was no bigger then 250 square feet. The kitchen, which is also the living room, was a sink, stove, and refrigerator, no cabnits. The bedroom was so small a full size bed would take up the majority of the space. The bathroom was the size of a closet, and had paint cans in the shower after being "professionally" cleaned. I would not be so disappointed and upset had i not waited over a month to see an unfinished apartment, that i could not even move into if i wanted to."
