"Pretty place. Grounds maintained well and friendly staff. Current residents spoke highly of their stays, but no long-term resident's were available to speak to me, so I don't know if there is a high turnover there. I would definitely look further into renting there."

"Paid deposit, lost application fee, bc I was in hospital had proof and happened apparently bc they didn't have contact after just 4 days with a deposit and was already approved as well and we are elderly as they were aware and on top of it all Deneen said not to talk to the other girl in the office, just to deal with her and come to find out, other girl is actually the office manager whom I spoke to yesterday and said they have had prior issues but bc I don't have proof she just said it outlook to me, nothing they can do and were S.O.L."

"I can't talk well enough about what a great place to live. THEY ACTUALLY CARE!! The ladies bend over backwards to help with anything. We lived there for 2 years and it was a great experience. There was one issue & it was immediately fixed! The grounds are meticulously kept, the pool is awesome, the gym equipment is maintained always. Never saw a piece broken for more than a few days!! The best thing is Food Truck Thursdays. Yummy and no cooking. I only moved do to a life situation, I would live there again immediately & I whole heartedly recommend anyone looking to check this place out. (And no, my mom doesn't work there LOL)"

"I had to think about how to reply. The 4 stars is only for how well maintained the grounds are. At the time I lived there, the grounds were beautiful. I rarely had any issues. I did, however, have a problem with my 2 roommates. The office staff did not remain neutral through the whole ordeal. I wasn’t treated very nicely by the staff because of the way my 2 roommates at the time bad mouthed me. Had the staff actually talked to me, they would know that I wasn’t even home most days. My 2 roommates quit their jobs the moment the lease was signed and I had to work 4 jobs to pay the rent and all the bills. The staff shouldn’t have even involved themselves. They did though. My life was Hell because of my 2 roommates and some of the staff. I lost a lot during that time. There is nothing anyone could say or do to make up for how I was treated by staff (property manager, the two ladies who worked in the office at the time, etc). I was so humiliated and degraded. I hope no one else goes through that."

"A family friend of mine lives here, so I am in and around this complex often and I must say-it's pretty great! The front office & maintenance employees are friendly & helpful. The pool is awesome, the property itself is beautiful. They maintain & landscape it nicely, place always looks clean & cozy. I also happen to like the style/architecture of these apartments. The layouts of the apartments are open & modern. They do a good job keeping out riffraff {unlike the property next door!} The difference between the two is like night & day. Also, the kids LOVE the playground! Although there is no swing, it is a nice, big playground area & nice protective sunshades to shade it. Really nice!"
