"i moved here thinking it was going to be nice and calming nope not at all months passing by roaches appeared call the office they did not help ! bad plumbing ! which they never fix always and issue ! mold on the ceilings ! save your money not worth it !!"

"This place is by far one of the worse complex I've lived in and I moved from Tampa to Clearwater when we first moved in they send our apartment was updated but more like updated 4 years ago my ceiling had water damages my bathroom full of mold and when I would put a maintenance request 90% of the time I would have to fix it because the Hispanic maintenance man they have it useless never shows up on time or don't know his left from right my ac unit was covered in mold wen we first moved in and it took them almost two months to finally change it as for as the mold their response was you just gotta keep cleaning it my backyard fence was falling apart took them 7months to fix it after me telling them 100x this places if by far worse then any complex in Tampa I don't recommend you living her Save ur time and money"
