"Very disappointed with the office staff. Was a past resident of the community. I called and spoke with someone in the morning asked if it was possible to see about a package being delivered to my old address. Was told no problem they would go look in the hall and or call the current resident to see about a package. Called back later that day to see if maybe they had a chance to look or just an update. Spoke with Frank, was told they would call me right back and they would take a look for me or call the resident. Waited a couple days to call back to see about an update. I left a couple voicemails just seeing if they had a chance to reach out. No call back nothing, even sent an email to the community inbox (crickets). I have a couple friends still living there, they even said communication with anyone in the office is difficult. So be prepared communication may not be the best."

If you are looking for a clean community, great neighbors, prompt maintenance team & a front office team that loves & cares for the community as well as residents. Look no further! Everything else like monthly food trucks, pet parties & little breakfast boo bags on Halloween is just a bonus. We can’t wait to live here for years to come!"

"You've spent a year in this community. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! According to the contract, the amount was $2400, but we ended up paying $2600 plus electricity and water. At the end of the lease, they demanded an additional $355 for carpet replacement, even though we left the apartment in perfect condition, much better than when we moved in! Video evidence is attached. I just want to say, be careful. The management company makes money on everything, charging unclear fees. We had to constantly inquire about the additional charges every month. The fire alarm still doesn't work! On my husband's birthday, there was smoke in our apartment due to an air conditioner malfunction. Everything was smoky, and we had to evacuate to the street and wait for the issue to be fixed. The celebration was ruined. I thank God it didn't happen at night; otherwise, we would have suffocated in our sleep! This situation frightened me a lot, and I requested a fire inspection, which the management company ignored. I was too scared to stay there, so we had to leave a month early (even though we had paid rent for the whole year). During our time in this complex, homeless individuals knocked on our door three times at night, which was very frightening. Once, it lasted a very long time, and I had to call the police. Why were homeless people wandering the premises and sometimes sleeping outside our door? It's all because the doors didn't work (they were simply open during the day and night). There's no playground for children! But there is one for dogs, and there is dog poop all over the complex."
