Madison at Roosevelt Apartments

"You Will be disappointed , nothing fixed, no security ( you will see when the gates are wide open) no worries you pay extra for that. Dishwashers do not work, joke throughout the complex, cars are ripped off every night . Loud dysfunctional relationships make you want to stay I side after dark .. it's really bad for 2k a month for 500 sf ft . They really do t care and not much most people can do. Talk to any tenant..if they answer the door"

"This place is a JOKE JOKE JOKE - All of these 5 stars are just because the apartments send you email constantly to leave a review to keep up “the good word” Mostly after maintenance comes in and “fixes” anything - The office is CONSTANTLY asking for you to leave a review, half of these reviews are from current residents. I can’t wait to see some that come after people start moving out of this dump! I lived there for 5 years, unfortunately. And I’ll be honest they’re the cheapest around so why wouldn’t you??? The apartments are DIRTY, always some sort of roach problem. The fake floors are disgusting half of the floors were literally coming up from the floor. My apartment ceiling in the living room leaked the WHOLE time I lived there, I entered in soooo many maintenance request just for them to come PAINT over the hole, I had to put towels down every time it rained. The master bathroom was DISGUSTING and falling apart, the tub was chipping EVERYWHERE I even cut my foot. But don’t worry this will be for the court case I am filling against the property. Every time maintenance came to “fix” something it was broken the next day. My “new” dishwasher came right out of the wall the NEXT DAY. I gave up on requesting maintenance. My washer broke 2 WEEKS before I moved out, NEVER GOT FIXED I have pictures of this too. There is SO much I can go on about, the manager Jason is a JOKE, and unkind. I got a call a few days after I moved out to “confirm” my new address I am assuming to get a bill???? you better hope not. I’ll be in touch, don’t move to this DISGUSTING dump hole of a place. ALSO WE COULD NOT TURN ON THE HOT WATER WITHOUT THE PIPES ALMOST BURSTING!"

"I recently moved in Madison at Roosevelt Apartments back in July 2023. So far, this complex has exceeded my expectations. There's amazing communication and customer service from the staff; friendly residents; a great maintenance team and quick follow-up, and also the cleanliness of the property and amenities is superb. The complex is also pet friendly which was a bonus for my decision to move here. I've been enjoying my stay here."

"Love this place! Front staff is friendly and willing to work with you. I never have had an issue with Maintenance. They normally are quick to respond and fix our issue. Grounds are clean and kid friendly. I never had an issue with the pools or common areas being dirty or unusable."

"I would not recommend moving to this apartment complex. They try to temporarily fix all solutions so you can put up with it. They will give you no compensation at all for any of the damages or issues you have in your apartment event if it means taking money out of your own pocket. I work from home and have had to fix the problems with my apartment to ensure nothing of mine gets damage. I have significant water damage to my apartment. They “had the roof fixed” but yet nothing was fixed. On top the damages to the inside. We had maintenance men who caused damages and never fixed the issue. I also have to worry about who is in my apartment fixing these issues when I am not home and hoping they don’t cause more damage, damage my things, or take anything. They will not provide any compensation at all. I am now in the process of trying to move out and they will not even try to compensate with no penalty for breaking the lease. Instead they kept pushing me to move to a sister property with the current situation. Honestly moving here consists of constantly having to have issues fixed. Update: 08/23 I do not recommend moving to this apartment. This is my follow up review after moving out. I couldnt stand living here anymore and working from home was close to impossible due to how often I had to have maintence done. 
I had a Roof Leak in November 2022 which they said they fixed since then my roof has leaked mutliple times since then. They now have just fully fixed the issue again and it is August 2023. With this situation they never entered the addict. Since they last entered the apartment, the Humidity level is High, I did test in the apartment before and after they treated it.There also is Mold growing within the air vents even after they did a treatment. This has also caused German cockroaches in the apartment. Lastly the Maintence men walking into the apartment without notice and taking photos of my property. You can not trust them. They talk badly about people outside of your door. Management will not take you serious, and I’m dealing with the regional manager. They will find an excuse for everything. Water is constantly shut off, power goes out any time a storm happens, and don’t expect your toilets to flush, or drains to drain out and your garbage disposal to work. For all of these issues it was a minimum fix that had to be called back to be fixed again. 
On another note, My car and my partners car have both been damaged sitting in the parking. Yes the pricing isnt bad but the quality of living in these apartments isnt worth it."
