"This is by far the worst place I have ever rented from. I do not even know where to start. 1. The pool is gross, parties are thrown here every weekend all night long which involved people destroying the pool bathroom, pool area, and breaking all of the furniture. There is always food and beer cans left all over the pool. I have not seen the pool cleaned in months it is gross. 2. Building 8 is completely infested with cockroaches, they have completely taken over my entire unit to where now that I am moving I have had to throw away many items because I am terrified to take them to my new place. No amount of traps, spraying or anything works the roaches are infested in the walls of the unit. 3. The property manager and team are useless and incompetent to where I have sent over my renters insurance and they keep trying to charge me for months saying I have no coverage. No I work in insurance it is covered they just cannot get it together in that office. The office is completely no help in anyway possible. 4. I have been stalked and followed by men at the complex to the point where I have police involved with videos. I have been followed by men drinking late at night by my car. 5. My AC unit was damaged by the hurricane in 2022 and ever since we have had mold all over our unit AC vents. I have had mold in my clothing, my AC vents, on my doors, and all over everything shoes you name it. My apartment reeks of mold and mildew, to the point where when you walk in the carpet feels wet and moist. When I asked and sent emails about the mold to the property manager their response (which took 3 weeks to respond btw) was to put in a work order. We have black mold and I wanted the manager to help with this unsafe living condition and their response was to have a work order. This is more serious than a work order and the manager completely disregarded and showed zero level of concern for our health or safety in the unit. Instead of putting in a work order we put in our notice to vacate at end of lease because this unit is uninhabitable. I moved to a new place far away before my lease was even up as we were getting sick from living there. I have lived here 3 years and it is actually to the point it is inhabitable, unsafe, and unsanitary to live here."

"Very very displeased on how the maintenance crew did they “job” I don’t usually complain but geez . Had a leak due to a pvc pipe from ac/ water heater and three days they allowed for it to have water coming under the opposite wall and soak the carpet. Monday comes and they “fix “ the problem but still continues to have a problem. If you are planning on moving here . Don’t . It’s cheap rent or whatever but not worth it for your family ."

"For the love of god DO NOT rent from this place - no one ever responds to emails or phone calls. If I could give 0 stars I would If you like living in an apartment where there's no water problems, don't rent here. Our apartment basically floods every time it rains and it's been happening since August of 2022. We're concerned about mold but they refuse to test for it, because "there's laminate flooring that doesn't host mold" which is a total lie. No one cares, they're not fast on fixing anything regarding normal maintenance. The office is always closed or just no one there. The gym smells terrible and the pools aren't kept up with. There's only one dumpster now which has way too much trash build up."
