"I have lived here for little over a year, and just renewed my lease in November. Milagro has always been helpful when I have had any issues and Enrique is quick when it comes to any maintence issues. My roommate and I do not speak Spanish, and that is Enrique’s first language. I appreciate how patient he is with us when we try to explain problems we have. In the two months since they have replaced our washer and dryer, both our toilets, and now our dishwasher! I have never lived in apartment where they regularly maintence the appliances."

"I have been living here now going on 2 years. Management has been great addressing any issue we have had. Maintenance guys are fantastic and do a good quality job. They are quick to get anything fix within the same day or next day at your convenience. This place is constantly being updated inside and out. It’s been a good experience us."

"I am a current tenant at Coachman Club apartments, I have been staying here for a year now and I am very pleased to say that I love it here and I have no complaints! If I need anything fixed they send someone right away! Pest control comes on Mondays to spray, I have NO Roaches because I keep my home cleaned !!!! I love my two beds two baths washer n dryer apartment can’t beat the price !! Milagros is doing her best to keep the community (complex) in a neat and orderly manner!! I love it here!!"

"Horrible place to live. DO NOT LIVE IN HERE! Management is completely unprofessional. Office manager threatens to end lease of you’re NOT OK! living with roaches. She refuses to call professional exterminators to take care of a reoccurring pest problem. Residents are out to fend for themselves with little to no help or with no advice given from the front office. Office manager is only in the office for about 3-4 hours despite they’re office hours being 9-5. Every first of the month she is no where to be found to help assist in the process for paying rent at this complex. There’s at least 18 different cameras set up all over the complex for no reason other than to spy on residents coming and going from their apartments. If you need to run the cameras to help you in a situation such as parking or irate neighbors. She doesn’t have the footage, conveniently. I believe the office managers name is milagros. She also gets annoyed or even offended when residents have maintenance questions or just need a simple filter replacement. This place is completely unprofessional. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT."

"I have lived here 2 years and have been so happy with the experience! Milagro is amazing, always willing to help and during our first week even gave us her personal phone number when we had an issue late at night. The apartment was spotless when we moved in and the grounds are clean and maintained and everyone is friendly. The apartment was a two bed two bath which was perfect because I have a disabled mother who I keep at my house periodically throughout the year but also can be used as an office. Enrique is always there when needed and works very hard! If I wasn’t moving for work to another state I would renew my lease! If I ever need a place in Florida again I will be back here!"
