"ROACHES EVERYWHERE, thank god we no longer rent here. Absolutely disgusting, no matter how many times they came to treat them in our apartment, we still had them everywhere. Even the fridge!! GROSS!!! we even did our own house bomb, and the roaches were still crawling in my home, got so bad I had to throw my couch away bc I would find them crawling on my couch. Not to mention I had to bomb my car bc they followed me in there. i’ll never forget you Royal Breeze (in the worst way possible)"
"ROACH BREEZE! Roaches roaches roaches….let that be your warning. Maintenance comes quick and they fix things fast…but there’s roaches . Apartments are spacious…but there’s roaches. They come and spray but the roaches stay. It’s bitter sweet here. Nice area depending on what complex you live in. I do enjoy this place BECAUSE of the spacious apartments but I can’t wait to leave..why?? Yup you guessed it… BECAUSE THERE ARE ROACHES!!"
"We moved into a 2 bedroom about 6 months ago. Things have been great so far. They have a newly renovated pool, gym and playground area. They have also put it new plants for spring and it looks really beautiful. Maintenance is great, whenever I do have a problem, they fix it same day or the day after. The buildings are a bit older, but well maintained and spacious."
"One of the best apartments I’ve stayed at. The staff is so kind and will always fix any issues you have on a moments notice. Mary has been great as far as front desk person who personally wants to make all tenants get quality customer service and rent is not that bad compared to other areas in the Bay Area."
