"Great location close to 19 for easy access for shopping and beaches. I relocated from out of state and could not afford the newer places that are overpriced. The manager Cyndi was so helpful during my move, and I love my apartment!"

"I have been a resident at this apartment complex since the previous management (ZRS) in 2021. We recently renewed because up to this point, we have had a relatively good experience. That all changed on December 4, 2023. My car was towed by CommTow, the company contracted to this property, and I have a parking decal/pass/permit on my vehicle. I asked why I was towed, and the response was, "We don't know. We will investigate." I had to go and pay for my car to be returned to me. I have emailed the property manager 2 times (since Monday 12/4/23), but I have not received a response (I understand that everyone is busy). Eventually, I was told by the leasing agent that I would have the amount that I paid for the tow credited to my account. There has been zero explanation as to why this occurred when I am a paying resident with all of the proper paperwork needed. Oh, right! They told me that this decal/parking permit was registered to another apartment and another car (I have lived here for TWO YEARS since moving to Florida from Nashville). I missed 4 hours of work dealing with this issue. There is an apartment complex being constructed across the street from this one. Although we have resigned our lease, I am now considering this new place. No apologies. No explanation. No compensation for this headache and confusion on theirs or the tow company's part. Again, prior to this situation, I have had pleasant interactions with the maintenance team, one particular person at the leasing office who is amazing (Shout out to Annlyn- sorry if I butchered the spelling of your name lol). I wonder if this post will lead to a response. Social media is next. All I am looking for is an acknowledgement of the mistake and compensation for missed time at work. We shall see."

"I lived there for about a year and a half. I moved because since they changed the administration and manager, everything got worse. Not to mention that a tree fell on my car (due to lack of maintenance on the trees), and the manager said that the condominium would be responsible for the damages and that never happened, not even a call to apologize for what happened and not to mention much less They took responsibility for nothing. Thank God I got out of there."

"Ok, but not worth the price. These apartments are nice size for what you pay for and they put a nice coat of paint over it to make it look pretty but once you get into the details, everything falls apart. My windows and doors weren’t sealed very well, the paint was clearly done quickly and shoddily, and my washer and dryer had to be replaced in the first week I lived here. The location is also just not great. The noise from 19 would keep me awake. When ownership changed, management response times went down to zero. Honestly I only moved in here because it was a last resort and I’m much happier in my new place"
