Jeffrey was so kind when he called me and Kari assured me that the extra repair work was overseen by her & her team personally and all would be made right. And it was ! I also want to say how kind and helpful Jeffrey is whenever I come into the office. Has a great smile & personality & goes the extra mile for the residents!"

The new management team is aware of these details and has put together a good maintenance team that is efficient to get tenants problems fixed in a timely manner. "I can’t speak for living at the property, since my husband and I were able to purchase a home instead of renting, but I did have a wonderful experience with our leasing consultant, Vinny, when we visited the property for a tour. Vinny was so kind, professional and fun to work with. He explained everything thoroughly about the leasing process and pricing, and we completely appreciate his honesty because we did not have the same experience at other properties. The experience with him alone made Bay Cove our top contender, and if we didn’t find a single family home to purchase in time for our move we definitely would have leased with Vinny!"

Every single one of them helped me with the application process and answered every question I have while maintaining kindness. I applied just a week before Christmas, and was in my new apartment within 4 days. The maintenance crew is amazing. They are very much on top of their work orders and fix things correctly. I am very happy with making the choice to move here and I have been telling all my friends to look into this complex if they are needing to move! "This review is based off my initial property impression - I am not a resident. I came on a weekend and the leasing consultant Jeffrey was knowledgeable, welcoming and professional. I arrived without an appointment and was immediately greeted and shortly after taken on tour after he inquired about my contact information for additional follow. The model unit was clean, spacious and decorated very nicely. I was able to envision my family in this home. The grounds look maintained well throughout the community and for the pricing, location and service from the office staff well worth it! Although, I have not determined where I am going yet Bay Cove is at the top of my list. I appreciate Jeffery’s continued follow up. Top notch!"
