"After visiting this property I was impressed with the beautiful apartment layout and abundance of amenities. Some luxury apartment communities boast about their amenities, but as I have seen they dont quite measure up. The Vue has several color arrangements for your living space and modern appliances. The recreation amenities was on different floors and the exercise area was impressive. My favorite was the rooftop lounge with a view of the water, complete with a waterproof TV. The staff is friendly and community minded. There are monthly events for the community. Clean grounds."

"From the leasing application to move in day everything was a breeze. Whenever I had a question someone from the leasing office was always there to answer and was very patient with me. Amber was so helpful and kind on moving day and made me feel I was welcomed as part of the community. Happy to call this place my new home."

"Do not rent here. This complex and the staff in the front office are awful. Anytime I am talking to someone from the front office they seem to be in outerpace or completely oblivious to anything going on. There is 0 communication and lack of management. Janet is very rude (the manager) and her staff in the front office cannot handle anything on their own. I have tried calling the front office multiple times about situations regarding appliances in our apartment and they never pick up but yet when I enter the office only a few minutes later there they are sitting at their desks. However, the maintenance staff is great. They’re incredibly friendly and always do a good job. I could write a scathing message regarding this place and the people who work here. I have much worse things to say but to put it simply- this place is not worth your hard earned money. Way too expensive ($2000 a month) for what you get. Unfortunately I’m still a resident here and if it wasn’t for their outrageous lease termination fee I would’ve left by now. Can’t wait to move out of this place."

"Beautiful complex. Easy move in, helpful staff up front. If you want value for your money, this is the place. 1. Beautiful pool, great for kids/adults and gatherings. 2. Gym is fantastic, great options for everyone. Classes on demand videos available free of charge. 3. Updated appliances, granite counter tops, well designed living space. 4. PET friendly and pet loving. Great little dog parks, bathing area and everyone seems to be happy to say hi to furry friends. 5.Quiet/safe community. The community is gated on all sides. I have not had issues with people wandering in / out or traffic incidents/parking. Because of the gates, we have great parking access. 6. Events, there are also regular events if you want to be social in the community and get to know your neighbors. Super cute! Highly recommend for apartment living in Clearwater, FL !"
