"Living here was not pleasant at all. Not a vibrant community at all in my opinion. I didn’t feel safe here. It’s a trailer park and that’s what you get. All that comes with it. Many health problems and not a happy place imo.quite dreary. Wi-Fi is problematic more often than not. . Not sure why they target Veterans to live here. Nothing extra or special for them except they will take your voucher. Nice. I don’t think they even fly an American flag unless they changed since I left. No on-site office or security to keep “roaming” people out. No privacy. No gatherings, except coffee one day for 3 people. A lot of people have moved out. Many vacancy’s. Rent went up. Many better choices out there."

"I live at the Villages and find it peaceful and quiet. Anytime I have Management they have answered all questions."
"Rent has gone up to almost $1000 month but the roads seriously need to be paved. The laundry room (washers and floor) stays nasty. The wifi (is free) but constantly goes out. The painting out side of the laundry room is outdated. Some upkeep should be done with the amount of income they receive each month but it's not. The lawn service they use also have issues. A 4 year old could do. A better job."
"I have lived here for over nine years and enjoy this location. It is close to shopping and medical facilities. The new owners have made many improvements and the managers are nice to work with. The residents here are friendly and helpful."
