"*I was renting not owning* The apartment/condo itself was small but pretty nice, it had a great balcony as well. My landlord rennovated my unit before I came so they do vary. Reason for 3 stars is the rent is pretty high for the area (gas station next door always has tweakers, homeless going through dumpsters IN the condo complex), the walls are the WORST I've ever experienced. You can hear your neighbors having normal inside voice conversations in certain rooms... Also never had roaches till I moved here (window seals have gaps) again this can vary on landlord but I think most of them are that way. Also each unit only has ONE covered parking space, anyone else in your househould has to park in visitors (always taken cuz everyone who lives there tries to get it) or in the front lot which is pretty far from the unit. However, the groundskeeper is amazing and always keeps the the place spotless and they just paved and repainted all the condos so it looks great from outside. They also have a heated pool and as mentioned before the unit's themselves are designed very nice and open."
"The neighbors were great while my partner lived there. Otherwise too expensive for what it is and where it is. Not sure what the condo association fees cover as nearly $400 got very little in return. We will definitely miss the residents who were so kind and friendly; otherwise I’m glad he’s literally moved on."
"This conduminium is extremely friendly. The residents can enjoy the play ground, the swimming pool and an area to washing their vehicles free of charge."
"Very short on car parking spaces, slow to respond to issues like roaches, paper thin walls between condos and communal facilities poorly maintained, high rent for cheap accommodation. Served its purpose for a short time but would never stay there again, would not recommend."
