"I just wanted to say that Daryl the maintenance supervisor is doing a great job. I’ve been living at this property for almost 5 years and I can honestly say that he is definitely on top of things getting done properly the first time that in the past we have had just Band-Aids put on things by prior maintenance. He has a great personality as well as work ethic‘s for once I can rest a sure my work orders will be done in a timely fashion and properly the first time."

"Awful place to live at. They do not take residents security in consideration at all. Do not stay here, they will not help any residents what so ever. They are simply awful awful. I can also agree with everything the 1 star reviews are stating. What all of the 1 star reviews are posting, thats how it looked. Trash everywhere. Trash from neighbors everywhere. Stairs unmaintained. Apartment equipment everywhere. Some folks are just throwing trash over the fence. They will not care about your safety and are money chasers. They will not properly investigate a safety issues. Nobody should ever stay here. Do not stay here, this is some of the lowest maintained apartments, and awful irresponsible management. This management should not be even running this apartment complex."

"Water = Kitchen Faucet Edit: Yes the trash compactor is working now. However, building 5 has had 5 emergency water shut downs since June. Every time there’s a water shutdown, the water comes out brown. Every. Time. It’s pretty upsetting and makes for an unpleasant start to a shower (speaking from experience). Lots of maintenance issues. The trash compactor is always broken, meaning we always have a dumpster that gets over filled and we end up with trash everywhere around it. If you want a clean apartment on move in date, that won’t happen. My apartment had black mold in the toilets and dust/general filth everywhere when I moved in. You can definitely do better."

"I wish someone warned us before moving in, so here's your warning. Thankfully, my sister and I were able to break our lease without penalty six months before the lease ended. That's because of everything that went wrong. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT move in here!! So many things wrong with this place, but I'll go over the major things. Our a/c unit was so loud - it was impossible to sleep with the doors open. There is trash everywhere and I don't believe the compactor even worked the whole time we lived there. I doubt this issue has been fixed. A couple months into our lease, there was a power outage in our building and ever since that day, our a/c acted up. It would stop cooling basically every other day. We probably saw the maintenance workers more often than anyone else there because rather than actually fixing it, there would just be a temporary fix, making the maintenance guys work harder. This went on for MONTHS! Until shortly before we moved out, they decided to just place portable air conditioners in our apt. Another incident that happened during our lease: the a/c unit did not have an appropriate tray to drip into. It was on top of the water heater and the water heater didn't have a pan under it. Maintenance said that if the contractors didn't come soon to fix the sub flooring, our water heater could end up on the first floor. Anyway, one day the a/c unit dripped water onto the water heater causing it to ignite from the inside and started smoking. Our entire apt filled with smoke! Imagine if we weren't home!! The fire dept was called and they said this wasn't the first time it has happened at this complex. Did the smoke detectors work? Of course not! One didn't even have batteries in it. Our apt smelled like smoke for a long time after that happened. BOTTOM LINE avoid this place at all costs. This is by far the worst place I have ever rented at. I wish I could give less than 0 stars."

"This is the worst place you can ever move into. Since I moved here I had issues after issues. The A/C broke down in December 2022- now June 2023 it hasn’t been fixed yet. I contacted the office and the girl is really nice. I asked for someone to call me but I haven’t heard anything. Again do not move here. They don’t care about the people. I gave them multiple chance to make it right and they didn’t."
