"This property needs new leasing management not maintenance just management. I️ am a home health aid & I️ take care of a few residents here which means I’m here quite often & see quite a lot. I️ don’t like to judge but by watching how The blonde woman that works in the office has come off as a racist & prejudice person. I’ve seen where she has been totally unprofessional to residents &/or their guests. I️ don’t like to My client had an inspector come to the door looking for a woman named _____ (confidential information, I️ won’t release on her behalf.) who was suppose to be living here still, while I️ let the inspector know well she doesn’t live here because my client has been here almost a year & if my other patients here are at risk & of course he said no we’re not in trouble at all that he will definitely get this handled properly. So this apartment complex is collecting money from the government & lying about those who lives here. Which is breaking the law since this is a low income housing complex. I’ll be contacting the proper authorities in regards to this situation also, I️ feel bad for the maintenance as these men work a lot and put up with a lot. They clean up all the disgusting trash that is being misplaced by tenants who are careless. Also, the gates code box coming in never works properly at all and the gate tends to close on you as you’re coming in which has its days when it wants to work. So you have to be careful your car doesn’t get hit by the gate & cause damage because the property is not responsible for the damages from the gate."

"Unhelpful employees and discrimination from the team to the residents . I am not recommending this property for anyone ... full of cockroaches and they do not help the residents at all, they just want to put extra charge for you. It’s unprofessional service from the teamwork."
