"If I could give it zero stars I would. DO NOT MOVE HERE. No wonder they offer you a free month cause they know they will get it back when you want to break your lease to get out. Its termite infested and they come and patch one wall up just for the termites to run to another wall. God knows how long they have been there. The building could crumble at any minute. So instead of just letting me pay my 2 months to break my lease they would rather me get an attorney and make a big fuss. So here we are. Absolutely ridiculous. They don’t care about anyone’s health or safety, just their money."
"This place is awesome. The staff are cordial, the maintenance prompt. The apartment I've seen is spacious and well insulated. Stays cool without the AC mostly. The pool is sublime. The gym is tops. The area is quiet. Things are secure around here. Couldn't ask for better."
"We have lived here 8 years and although we had problems with roaches,we got professional advice from an experienced exterminator and got them under control on our own, have had no other issues until lately with the new maintenance crew. We haven't had any lighting in our breezeway for almost 2 months even though there have been several work orders issued. With longer darkness it is a safety hazard as I have a handicapped person in the apartment. The old maintenance crew were always right there to fix any problem. Hope it gets better as we enjoy living here."
