"Current resident. Buyer beware. This place has a major German Roach infestation. The office is aware of the problem but they will not share this information with you until after your locked into a lease. In my case they never told me how bad it was. I have tried to talk to them several times to get out of my lease since they withheld this information. Their response has been that someone will call me back but it never happens. After talking to other residents I have learned that they have treated everyone this way. Their approach to the infestation is to have the apartment treated once a month and you can request weekly visits from the bug company but they can't actually treat it more than what they already do. I have been proactive and followed all the instructions from them to help rectify the infestation but it has continued everyday since I moved in last August. The property looks nice on the outside and the rent is cheaper than other places but you will have these unwanted roommates for the foreseeable future."
