Regatta at Trinity

"The staff is great however the people who get the apartments ready like paint and things do a terrible job. Moved stuff in and saw some roaches, the staff was quick to react and said they’re pest company comes on Thursday and added me to the list, now waiting for Thursday to get here. It is a nice place and I like it here however I don’t like this anxiety of living with bugs. Hoping after pest control comes the problem will be taken care of because I can’t live with this anxiety .. I will update in 30 days."

"So far, so good. Dec. 27th made 1 full month I’ve been living at the Regatta at Trinity and so far I’m impressed. The quick responses from maintenance and the pleasantness of everyone in the front office, made my move less stressful. Colin is very easy to work with and it’s always a pleasure speaking with him. Can’t wait for the gym to be opened 24 hrs or at least extended past normal business hours for the working class people and on the wknds. I hope to continue having a pleasant experience living here."

"Not terrible, not amazing. Never had an issue with noisy neighbors, parking was never really an issue either. It was a decent enough place until the lease renewal came around asking for an absolutely absurd increase in monthly rent. A 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment should not be nearly $1500/month in any world. The new property management seems to think that a fresh coat of paint (within a year of already being repainted), some stainless steel appliances and a trash valet service is worth almost $500 more every month. The only real redeeming aspects of this apartment complex is the maintenance crew. Those guys work incredibly hard and always get issues handled in a timely manner. I’d move here as a last resort."

"Colin did a great job showing me the property and all of the amenities (swimming pool/fitness center/sand volleyball). What really drew me in are the large oak trees that provide plenty of shade. Quiet and peaceful. I am really looking forward to living here."

"I moved into Worthington Court in 2016, and stayed thru several owners/management companies. When it became Regatta I was pleased with some of the changes. Jamie and Brantley were always pleasant to deal with and I appreciated their efforts. As my retirement income increased at three to four percent each year it became increasingly difficult to keep up with the annual rent increases. This last increase of over 25% in one year was what made me leave. Sadly, my budget cannot afford such an increase."
