"Overall, River Trace Apartments are very nice. I personally am satisfied living here. The units are modern, spacious, the grounds are kept clean with attractive landscaping, the pool is sparkling, maintenance is spot on, the manager and her assistant are very responsive to any issues, complaints. Full-size W/D hookups, water included. If I could change one thing, it would be: the NOISE. There is a lot of noise pollution here, due to the inherent noise of the area, but also within the complex itself. So if you're noise-averse, or noise-sensitive, or a light sleeper; a night shift worker needing to sleep during the daytime hours; a student needing quiet to study; baby who's a poor sleeper; these apartments may not be the place for you. The biggest contributor is the design. The bedrooms face the parking lot, due to the rectangular shape of the units. Most apartments are traditionally square, with sleeping quarters in the back of the unit, thus away from external noise. Due to your bed being feet from where people park, expect lots of noise at all hours. Think car locking at 0300a.m., bass stereos, car doors and trunks slamming shut, head lights illuminating your bedroom....stuff like that. And next door are football games, very loud football games for hours and hours for months. PAL is sponsored there. Also lots of yard maintenance noise and leaf blowing most days, and garbage trucks empty the dumpsters (which are located right next to units) 3x a week at 0530a.m."

"Used to be a great place! Moved here in 2015. It was really great. But the new owner is changing that quickly. He is extremely rude to the tenants. They recently issued a letter to residents stating they will no longer be providing the monthly pest control or air filter service. Which really wouldn't have been a big deal if they hadn't stated in the same letter that the rent was going to be raised another $50 a month. The maintenance guy is great! But the owners are cheap slum lords so it took 6 months to repair a window that was leaking ( & later caused mold) due to extensive termite damage. They have no treatment for the termites at all. 3 weeks for the kitchen sink to be repaired. The unit across from me had the roof fall down in the porch from termite damage. Not enough parking for residents so don't even think about having guests over. Some people have been here for 5+years but like myself will be leaving at the end of the lease."
