"Been living here for a bit now. Rhonda one of the office staff workers is amazing. She is very kind and helpful. The maintenance staff is friendly and quick to fix issues. The location is great only a few minutes from downtown Dunedin, 30-45 minutes away from Tampa and St. Pete. Never have had issues with neighbors or theft/crime."
"I have never lived in a place that shuts the water off as often as they do here. At least once a month you’re left with not being able to brush your teeth or shower before work. Only good thing about this place is Rhonda that works in the office."
