"Lived here a few years ago. Always trash in hall. Sewers used to back up. Some creep left note on my door (x rated) office did nothing. The "2nd" bedroom barely fit a twin bed. Not even a dresser. Had to move dining chair to get to washer. Shelves fell down in master almost on husband. Good pool. Not far from trash. Gym stuff always broken. Met some other nice residents. This place is a no."

"My journey on finding an apartment involved quite a few phone calls over two years ago. I called Ashton Oaks and spoke with Sharon who put my mind at ease with decisions that had to be made. During this time, models were not being shown because of covid. Sharon described the apartment to me and said I would be facing the woods which I found very appealing and still do to this day. I have been very satisfied with the quiet and peaceful setting here. The apartments are very well insulated and built very well so there is no noise to be heard from neighbors and everyone is very respectful. After I met Sharon, I had the opportunity to meet Liz. She is a great manager and is always smiling and very nice. Liz is excellent at keeping tenants updated with changes, parties,and gatherings that are taking place. There are a variety of activities planned for tenants which is very nice. The grounds are kept up all the time and there are always flowers in the front of the office. I met Raven, who is head of maintenance and she has always been very nice to me. Any work order that I have placed, she takes care of it right away with her busy schedule. I appreciate the promptness so much. It is very nice to take walks on the property and meet new people along the way. Maintenance keeps the pool clean all the time and it is a nice setting where people gather to swim and visit. This is a very nice and clean complex that I recommend to anyone looking for a nice apartment in a great community. All of the staff are wonderful and care so much about everyone and the community. "Safe and friendly apartment. I moved down to Florida at the end of September and so happy I found Ashton oaks. Move in process was so easy and I was impressed with how clean the apartment was. The staff, particularly Sharon, have been extremely helpful. I love all the community events that we have here, such as food truck Fridays, and holiday parties. Pool has always been clean and surprisingly quiet. Would recommend taking a look at Ashton Oaks if you’re looking for a place to live."

"My boyfriend and I moved here October 30th. We showed up early for our tour of the apartment and were able to see it early. The application process online was easy, the showing of the apartment, and customer service was the best I have experienced when it comes to apartment renting. The apartment itself is spacious, and clean. I finally got my dream closet, the walk in closet in the master bedroom is amazing! The property looks very nicely kept and it seems like a nice quiet community. I have witnessed the inside of our building is consistently cleaned daily, the trash is removed promptly Monday- Friday. All maintenance requests we have put in have been responded to and fixed within 24 hours, and the crew is very kind and efficient. The location of the complex is close to several grocery stores, so you have options. I would recommend this apartment complex to my friends and family. We look forward to getting to enjoy all the clubhouse amenities and pool very soon."
