"My husband and I moved to sawgrass from Missouri in August and we love it!! Kori at the front office gave us our tour and has overall been so kind and helpful since we’ve moved here! They just painted/re-did the apartments and they look brand new and so beautiful!! we love it here!"

"Things change over time. Some times are good others not. Recently we have had a great experience with the management and maintenance staff at Sawgrass Creek in New Port Richey. Yesterday they remedied an issue so fast it took less time to accomplish than it's taking to write this review. Thanks to Courtney, Corey, Michael and Sam great job. Have lived here for two years at this point. Great location and reasonable rent."

"This has been my home for the past 4+ years and never had a problem or any issues until the last few months up into now. I have been quiet about the staff in the office and how they treat me as a tenant for too long. They charging us more then what we are suppose to be paying each month and claim to not have a lease for us even though we have the confirmation of a renewal so they charging us as month to month. We have court coming up about this situation and now today we get a e-mail of a noise complaint that our neighbor that been our neighbor for a few years said he didn’t make. We have never had a noise complaint out of the 4+ years of living here So now we are being targeted by the staff because the complaint said that we was playing tackle football from 10pm up to 3am throughout the week when we have been away all week attending my grandmother funeral in North Carolina. So either someone with a spare key entered while we were gone or fabrication is being told. I called the office and of course no answer. I emailed them back and got a automatic message saying they will be out of the office until December 11. The worst thing this company did was get rid of Victoria and hired this staff."

"Having lived here for over eleven years, I have seen several property management teams come and go. Kori is a welcome addition to our community. She is professional, courteous, friendly and responsive. I truly hope she is here to stay. We are undergoing a renovation with a complete painting and attractive new color scheme. Freshly painted railings, walkways and stairwells are an enormous improvement to an already attractive complex; as well as a new barbecue gazebo and improved dog area. My only negative comment would be that weeds are taking over due to lack of mulch between shrubs in front of buildings. I’m confident that this will be addressed as other improvements are completed. Overall, I continue to be a content Sawgrass Creek resident."

"Sawgrass creek is an amazing complex to live in! The assistant property manager Kori gave us the tour and was very helpful every step of the way moving in! The apartments are beautiful, very spacious and up to date. Location is perfect! Everything is less than 5 minutes away. The maintenance and staff are very responsive and prompt. I do know they are now under new management and will be repainting the buildings and revamping the dog park area! Super happy with our decision to move here and excited for all of the upgrades they have planned!"
