Nova at Trinity Apartments

"Don’t waste your time here applying here. Unfortunately, they make up reasons not to approve your application. Example: Denying you for criminal reasons but you have no background and never been arrested. The third party company says they don’t have any details or information on a criminal background because it seems odd. Prior to this I was told 3 ppl applied to the same apartment (the only one that was available). I believe they are taking money for apartments hey don’t have and advising you or a denial."

"Bradley gave us exceptional customer service... He was friendly courteous went above and beyond. He made our experience very easy and pleasant responded promptly to any questions I had he is what actually sold us on the Apartment! We need more young men like him... 5 stars for sure ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Have been a resident here for 2 years . This complex has changed owners and the current management has been a vast improvement. Any issues that i have brought forth have been addressed in a timely and efficient manner. There has never been a problem too big or small for this team to address. I am older here and appreciate the honest efforts of this crew. They certainly need to be acknowledged and rewarded. I know it is costly but the bathroom ceiling and tub are in need opener of repair or replacement. The bedroom rug is in need of cleaning at least , better yet replacement. All this makes one feel that it is not worth the cost of rent unless things are fixed"

"Hey my name is Jasmine and I have lived here going on a year and a half. First off I want to say the new management is great. They have did everything possible to make this stay here incredible. With saying that the apartments are really old and you can tell. My move in was horrible and I had to clean my own apartment moving in. I recently found out I had a leak in my water heater since I moved in and it took them about a month to fix everything. I am grateful that they fixed it but it has made my water bill high. All in all I give the management a 4 star but the apartments themselves about a 3in a half. The land stays pretty clean and it is very quiet."

"I just love my little apartment! While the complex is older, management has kept up with upgrading the units appropriately and maintaining the property well. The new management team has been very prompt and professional with keeping us informed with progress as these projects happen. Both individual interior upgrades and exterior upgrades have been made including a new gym, fresh exterior paint, new appliances and countertops in all the units, and a refinished parking lot. It is refreshing to see our rent dollars being put to good use throughout the property! Overall the units are spacious, updated, and well maintained. The grounds are clean and kept. The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet, and safe. And the management team is attentive, professional, and prompt. I enjoy living here!"
