"My daughter and son n law live there and are being evicted due to not paying their rent. The reason is my daughter is the only one working due to my son n law that has been trying to disability for over a year. I have helped them out as much as I can however I can’t any longer. This apartment community will not take payments during the month and when they are late the apartment community adds on a 100.00 late fee. Total rent of over 800.00 for a studio apartment."

"I was in 2547 for a year. Black mold soft floors i fell through in bathroom and no maintenance. You'll pay $250-$500 plus other fees to move in non refundable of course. Over priced and the manager Susan seems nice but will make up chargers after you move out. Check other references on the place and elon management. The apartments are modular buildings not even real construction"

"Black mold is everywhere here, the wall paper is bubbling, they dont clean the apartment before you get there, you get the previous renters carpet even if its stained. The leasing office is never available."

"Do not rent, this place is not what they make it out to be. I truly regret getting in a lease with these people. Ive been living at Ranchside terrace apartments in new port richey Florida from october 2014 - march 2017 and I have had nothing but trouble at this place from the inside out. They will rent to anyone and we have had alot of drug addict neighbors, neighbors that are only 18-20 years old living alone and partying all night, we have found drug needles laying in the parking lot once and one of our neighbors had a Warrent for her arrest, the other was a child rapist, then we had a couple that had a no contact order and constantly faught and the cops are almost at Ranchside weekly. Our air conditioner was full of black mold and it took me two months of complaint in until we got a new one, then we've had several water leaks, left un maintenance and mold has start to grow again, the attic door isn't property shut so all the cool air rises and the ac constantly runs causing our electric bill to rise, THEY ALLOW DOGS BUT DO NOT SPRAY THE PROPERTY FOR FLEAS SO MY DOGS ALWAYS HAD FLEAS JUMP ON THEM DAILY, I could go on and on but just take my word and don't rent here! ! ! ! !"
