"Do not book this property. Impossible customer service and extremely difficult to work with especially the staff and property manager who refused to speak to guests. We booked this property several months ago and had to cancel abruptly 2 months out due to unforeseen circumstances including a major trauma resulting in my inability to walk and need to be at home for physical therapy and recovery. Nearly impossible to get a phone call back from anyone on the customer service team. Be prepared to call multiple times with long wait times. We were offered a credit to use towards a future date but when the date we wanted was unavailable we were told tough luck. Mind you this was for summer of 2024. We have booked with 360 blue for years and have been loyal customers. We have had friends who have had similar scenarios with illness and had to cancel and were offered a refund. We were not asking for that or even offered that, and in fact we even offered to book 2 extra nights for next summer and stay 7 nights instead of 5. Disappointed. Rude, unhelpful and would not recommend."
