"My family enjoyed every minute of these last 6 days in the beautiful city of Panama Beach and thinking about a beautiful view of the emerald green sea and facilities for the children, we chose this apartment facing the sea. We loved every detail, we have views of the vast sea from the kitchen, living room, balcony and master bedroom, bringing the relaxation and tranquility we needed. The other bedroom, with two large and soft beds, provided individuality for the children who also had their own bathroom. The fun was complete with pools and Splash, barbecue facilities and much more. Vicki was able to coordinate everything to help us with everything we needed! Through this agency I was able to choose the apartment I wanted and everything else to make our stay so good. We hope to return in May next year, although I'm already imagining how delicious it must be in winter, for a contemplative and pleasant rest, as the children enjoyed going in more than leaving the apartment!"

"I almost want to keep this old house a secret. If you are looking for a house with beautiful views and easy access to beach, this place is it. We made some really good memories. Nice updated kitchen and bathroom. The beach was not crowded and very private. The beach police really do a great job keeping it safe and quiet at night. We enjoyed the amazing sunsets and sunrises. The moonlight evenings were perfect. The home has some older charm which is fine by me with those views, it is an old school Florida beach house. We will definitely be back. If they could swap the harder king mattress for the soft mattress on main floor that would truly be helpful. Benchmark was very receptive and easy to reach. I liked that they had someone out to spray for bugs regularly because being so close to beach we normally see bugs no matter where we stay, but we didn’t see any which was a nice change. We can’t wait to come back next year."

"I love this house. It’s still got that old Florida charm that is lacking in much of 30A but it’s also modern and easy. The landscaping is beautiful and provides privacy. We were a group of 8 women, early 60s, and it fit us perfectly. Easy walk to a nice beach, walking distance to Blue Mabel and Red Fish Taco restaurants and the ice cream stand. Our only complaint was a neighbor with a love of country music and a speaker that must have been the size of a car but after a couple of days the police drove past and must’ve asked them to turn it down. There were a few minor things- the ice maker isn’t big enough for 8 vacationers but we bought ice. There were only 2 martini glasses but we found 3 more at the Goodwill and left them there so if you are a party of 5 martini drinkers you will be set."

"We recently spent our vacation at The Palms at Seagrove Beach, FL. Our condo was absolutely perfect. It was immaculately clean upon arrival and there wasn’t any amenities that you might need that wasn’t there. We had brought our own beach chairs only to find they had 2 there already to use. There were also a couple of beach/pool floats available as well. There were plenty of comfy throws in the living room if you wanted to curl up and rest as well as numerous games and puzzles if you enjoy that. The view was breathtaking to say the least. From our 3rd floor balcony we had the perfect place to see sunrises and sunsets every day. The beach was only steps away which we really enjoyed. The weather cooperated this trip and was gorgeous the entire time. We love going this time of year because the crowds tend to be less. Every day we went to the pool we had it to ourselves and the days we were on the beach it wasn’t very crowded either. The complex itself was meticulously maintained, from the pool to the grounds themselves. GORGEOUS!!! Benchmark Management contacted us several times throughout our stay to make sure we were enjoying our trip and responded to our questions in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend them for future stays."

"Great view and easy, quick beach access. The bed in the master bedroom was incredibly comfortable, which is always important to me when I'm on vacation (sleep!). I know we had neighbors, but we couldn't hear them so that was also a plus. The condo had all the basics. Make sure you bring coffee/tea and first aid items, though. The decor in the condo was a little dated, but we were very comfortable and had all that we needed. It was a great experience!"
