"RV dump station is now $20 for non-guests. Have never stayed here but the place looks well-kept. Recommend using the entrance/exit on the east side of the property rather than the highway on the south entrance"
"From day one nothing but complaints, it comes from the full time people that live here, management only goes by here say, and that’s final word, and corporate will not respond to anything, don’t have KIDS because the older women in the park will treat them like nothing, worse place to bring a family. We have only been here for 3 weeks. It’s not a 55 year older park and never has been but they think it’s was in the pass STAY AWAY, I PROMISE"
"We recently stayed here for a month with our family. This place is awesome. The staff is great, the park is clean. The pool is very nice and for us where we were at a very conveniently located along with the clean and nice laundry facility. The common area is the best one I have seen at any park we’ve stayed at so far. The space is huge, you can cook, there’s a public computer to use if you need to along with ping-pong table, pool table and other games for kids. We lover so much and we will definitely be back in the future! It is also very conveniently located for activities anywhere in the Tampa area."
