"I would not use this collision center if you expect any timely effort to get your vehicle repaired. 11 days+ and they haven't even begun checking for parts availability for repair on my vehicle after my estimate. Furthermore, the estimator ignored my concerns about the drivability of the vehicle for safety. I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere. Update: That's not the issue here, you haven't even BEGUN checking for parts. Meaning you've done NOTHING on your end. Details matter, you need to do better."

"In the event that you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing your automobile repaired due to collision damage, I highly recommend Joe Hudson's! This was the absolute best experience that I have ever had with a repair shop. I was absolutely dreading the process just based on previous experience with other companies. However, they were extremely accommodating and worked quickly with my insurance company. I never had to call and check on the progress once. They kept me in the loop via text and phone calls. I was able to get picked up by the rental car company (who they called for me), and I was able to leave the rental car when I picked up my car without any inconvenience. Overall, the service, quality of work, and turnaround time were outstanding. I hope that I won't have a need for them again in the future, but in the event that I do, this shop will definitely be my go-to place!"
