Thrift City - Hialeah

"I’ve been tried to reach customer service for the past two days. Love to shop there but last week was the last stripe for me . I was shopping there with my mother and the associate by the name of Leticia was being disrespectful towards my mother because she was trying a pants on the sales floor . No to even begin with only two dressing room , both were busy and if someone go out , you have to be there to hold the door otherwise it will be locked and you will be waiting forever before they come to open it . This is my third times Leticia harassing me. She’s rude to customers and don’t no how to talk to people . The manager watch her disrespected us and was told there’s no customer service number, she’s the one I can talk too . I get it this is a thrift store but customers are spending their money customer service needs to get better ."

"The employees on the floor complain about customers as if we can’t hear. The one employee Letty constantly harasses people. Too bad the customer service is horrendous because the cashiers are actually very nice. Oh, I forgot to mention last week they closed down the dressing rooms after harassing a women who was in there and then the bathrooms because they didn’t want to be bothered with opening them."

"Loved this store, cashier register lady was super sweet … this was my feedback seven months ago. Fortunately, I had to update it because the new team that is there now is horrible one of the managers a blonde lady was horrible. Her customer service was extremely horrible. She seem so clueless. This other cashier lady was horrible ( blonde short ) the guy at the register is horrible. Overall, my experience on the Fourth of July was extremely horrible. I went like two Saturdays ago.before 4of July I was the first customer I needed to pay with $100 and the guy at the register rejected me because he said that he didn’t have change first of all that’s not my problem second of all there’s like seven other stores he could’ve simply just went to the Family Dollar next-door and ask for change. No I had to go get a change and buy something for four dollars at the Family Dollar. I’m going to leave it at four stars because the other manager brown skin lady was very helpful. She clocked in and she took over."

"Decent pricing but management and customer service is terrible. I asked for the fitting room to be opened and was told someone would come, waited 10 minutes, someone passed by and was told that the fitting rooms were closed (why didn’t the first one inform me before I stood there waiting?) Then I asked “Is there a reason the fitting room are closed” and she said “because they’re closed, it’s by policy” and started giving me an attitude, I’m not sure if this is by policy that fitting rooms are closed on certain days but how am I supposed to shop if I can’t even try the pieces on? Especially on the weekends when people have more time should be the days fitting rooms are opened all day. I don’t know if the staff are being lazy to clean up the fitting rooms but this is unacceptable. If this is not how it’s supposed to be then I’d suggest you get on top of your staffs working here and make sure they’re running the store the way it’s supposed to be run. I won’t be wasting anymore money here."

"We have visited this place just the once, the shop assistants there were all very joyful and helpful. The prices of the items were reasonable. There is lots of selection and it is quite well organised. They have deals on different labels each day which is cool."
