"Warning! We wish we had read the reviews. This is a low-rate company, with pathetic customer service, that sells poorly-made vanities made of cheap materials. The wood is low-grade, and the tops appear to be seconds with flaws that they will tell you are "normal." Please do not waste your time or money. They were very attentive prior to the sale but ghosted us after the sale, which is reflected in other reviews as well. Very poor value. Invest elsewhere."
"I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a bathroom vanity from Chans Furniture, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. The vanity itself was beautiful and of high quality, but what impressed me the most was the customer service that I received. After receiving the vanity, I realized that there were some minor issues with it. I contacted Chans Furniture's customer service, and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. They quickly resolved my issues with a solution that left me completely satisfied. Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase and the level of service that I received from Chans Furniture. "Great communication and customer service. Our first vanity came damaged. We didn't notice for a few weeks because we were doing a renovation and didn't open the box right away. When we finally opened it we noticed the damaged and contacted customer service. We were given a few different options. We could take a refund, do an exchange, or get a slight discount and be sent some touch up paint. We decided we wanted to exchange it. They set up a pick up of the damaged vanity, and sent a new one out once they received the damaged one. The replacement came and had a little damage but it would be hidden once it was up against a wall. The new one is installed and looks great."
"Placed an order with Chans, the two vanities we ordered were backordered with a one month wait. Chans kept us fully appraised of the progress of our order and gave us an additional 10% off our order for the inconvenience. Our two vanities arrived by common carrier on a pallet. Items were painstakingly packaged and arrived undamaged. We definitely would purchase from them again. The representative we worked with was Johnathan and he was outstanding."
