"I would not buy this brand of furniture if I had another $10,000 to spend. It is made of poor quality and when it does break the parts are discontinued. If I had to do it over again I would not buy from them. They make you pay for service before service is even done Their furniture is very brittle I would not recommend it and would not recommend them"
"I have had the opportunity to work with Leandro, who works at outlet location. As it is, Anima Domus carries a beautiful selection of contemporary furniture; even the one found at the outlet location. I went there looking for a specific chair style which was on sale, but after discovering that the size did not work for me, Leandro helped me identify other alternatives. He took the time to help me identify a piece that meet the various specifications that I had. When it came time to pickup, Leandro also helped load my vehicle as the rest of the warehouse guys were doing delivery jobs. Two days later I went back with my wife to buy other chairs and to look at a sideboard piece. Again, Leandro was very instrumental at finding the right chairs and helping us make a color decision. After the sideboard was delivered, there was a need to adjust one of the sideboard's doors. I contacted Leandro and very quickly a service call was scheduled. Overall, I am very happy with my beautiful furniture but I feel really good how I was treated at the outlet store. Whenever I need additional pieces of furniture for my home, now I know who to contact."
