"Their professionalism, honesty and promt response made up for a product that is good, but could be better. The first Class B Teak bench had holes that did not align. I cracked the wood trying to force the pins into place. International immediately recognized the problem and sent a replacement. This bench, with a rubber mallet, was assembled, the holes eventually decided to align, not perfectly, but good enough. The Teak is Class B, the bench holes are Class B, the service from International Home is Class A."

"We ordered (in late 2022). and received several pieces of Amazonia wooden patio / deck furniture including a large square dinning table with 8 chairs, a Sid table with 2 more chairs and 2 chase loungers plus a low side table to compliment them (ordered at a later date) Shipping was timely and all items arrived without visible damage. The assembly (in spring 2023) was easy and all parts are of quality wood. Communication has been good throughout the transactions and the personnel we have dealt with via phone and email have been very nice, extremely concerned and helpful and professional. We had one snaffoo with a single item arriving without the hardware package being included. Again they responded quickly and promptly to get the hardware package including legs replaced. I highly recommend these folks and will refer them to friends and family. It’s a pleasure to work with good people who want to do a great job."
