"Very nice Goodwill with friendly staff, clean and organized. Wonderful for Christmas decorations or that ugly Christmas sweater for an office party. Close to a fantastic Honduran restaurant called Shalome Restaurante also on Palm Avenue."

"Their bathroom is out of service and they wouldnt allow me to use the employee bathroom. Pretty sure that's illegal, they should atleast have a portapotty in the mean time. Basic customer service, come on."
"What a great shopping experience for me every time I go. The staff is so friendly and attentive, and even helped me pick out outfits and coordinate them with shoes and purses the last time I visited. They really made me feel very special and like I've never felt in a regular or even high-end department store. Truly kind, super friendly, and genuine people/employees. Even the managers are very nice, accessible, and always greet you as you walk in through the door - everyone who's at the front of the store as you enter does, & always make you feel welcomed. The store is very well organized and consistently stocked, the dressing rooms and bathrooms are always kept extremely clean, and I love the wide assortment of merchandise they carry at reasonable prices for the quality of products they receive. I live by thrifting, especially since it brings such fond memories of childhood shopping with my grandparents when they were alive, but also because I'm a big supporter of recycling textiles to minimize their impact on our environment once discarded and help mitigate the overflow of landfills where they all wind up, as I watched in a relevant documentary. With all that being said, this is definitely one of my favorite Goodwill stores in Miami, mainly because of the warmth and attentiveness of it's employees. Love it and highly recommend! "
"Prices are altered they show price in the store but when you get to cashier they give u whatever price they want. I advised cashier they shpuld update price scarfs werw marked as $2.50 but at cashier is $3.00 and so manybother otherproducts! I lefy desspointed. Never be back!"
