"Just wanted to thank you guys for graciously opening up your store in your collaboration with Cinema Paradiso next door. The cinema was showing the 1932 film 'Freaks' in collaboration with drinks at Old Ghosts. I cannot think of a better film to match the exact aesthetic of Old Ghosts perfectly. I had a BALL walking around inside your store! As we were sitting outside enjoying the whole vibe, another local told us about the history of the storefront, which happened to be Hollywood's oldest business in operation for 75 years (Melina's Lingerie). I LOVED that the owner kept the Melina's neon sign as well as the storefront lettering in a small section of window. I also loved the attention to detail in each and every piece, and how the ceiling was gutted, insulation removed, in order to showcase the wood beams. I felt like I had stepped into a magical portal. There is a tattoo shop in the back with a friendly guy. I wish you guys a lot of success! This place is absolutely worth a stop in when you're in the Hollywood area. (They have really funny, occult, and quirky souvenirs as well....)"

"If you’re into antiques, creepy old things, the occult, or vintage sideshow memorabilia, this is THE place to be. It’s an expertly curated space with some seriously old antiques and slightly newer vintage items as well. They’ve got decor, clothing, glassware, ash trays, accessories, and tons of delightfully creepy kitsch to go around. I was greeted with a hello right when I walked in and they were so friendly! You can tell the owner puts a lot of care into what they add to the store, everything felt right at home in the wonderfully spooky space. Best of all, they’ve got a wide range of items available for different price points. They have rare high ticket items along with nice affordable pieces that are still really special. It’s such a great shop to walk around and explore. They’re always adding new items to the store so there’s always something new to see. They also rent out the space for photo shoots by appointment which is so cool. Looking forward to visiting more in the future and seeing what new old stuff they’ve gotten in."
