"I had two front tires replaced, and either they did not securely put my wheel center cap back on, or they did not put them on at all because they are gone! Of course, when I called back to ask, they said they put them back on. However, those caps have to be screwed back in, so how could they "have just fallen off" per the company. I am not happy."
"Shout out to Todd for helping me out with a massive nail in my left tire! On Sunday (4/2) not only were they short staffed and super busy he still took care of me. After having to look for multiple places and getting rejected he let me leave my tire there and a while later I went back to pick it up with my sister. If it wasn’t for him I would have had to miss work. I’ll be coming back to him and that location when ever I need a patch or something along those lines. Photo is of before !"
