"These guys didn’t bother to inform me that the price they gave was a tire only and install would be extra. I also found more than one hour to mount a pair of trailer tires unreasonable when I was the only customer there. 24 hours later I noticed for the time spent waiting, and the extra paid over the quote valve stem caps didn’t even make it back on. In hindsight, I certainly would’ve chose one of the other options I had. They might have a really good truck tire business well suited for operating on the road. I do not think they have a very good retail car tire business."

"Very good customer service. I was impressed by the care and attention to detail provided by the crew in the garage. Wheel studs we're chased with a wire brush tool and wheels were centered using a stud centering tool set. Valve stems and caps were very good quality. Nice folks who care about your tires performing on your vehicle as designed, taking pride in the quality of their work. I'll purchase all my RV tires from them going forward. They made purchasing through the FMCA tire program easy."
