"Jacob Timm and his partner were absolutely amazing and packaged my stuff very well with no damage whatsoever! However this moving company is very expensive and with me only moving a bedroom set and a sofa with a couple of other things it was 1,000+ so if your on a budget , it’s not very budget friendly but they do all the work for you for sure! You don’t have to lift a finger so really great service but wish it was more budget friendly prices"

"I had a horrible experience. See the pictures below. This is all the two men had to move. Everything set and ready to go. Something easily a friend and I could put into a truck in less than two hours. What you see in the pictures is literally all they had to take. Morning started well with me showing the two men what I needed moved. A signing off on paperwork I had a call and had to leave the condo to go let Xfinity into my new home. I explained to the two workers I will be back. I came back close to two hours later and very little was done. I was so frustrated Totes had been moved into the truck but nothing else. I started immediately packing because I did not see either one of them. Come to find out the one was in my bathroom door closed moaning and throwing up in my toilet. The other one was in the truck cab. The one man in the truck cab came in and explained that the other one was sick. I asked if he had called the office he said, "not yet." What!!! I immediately called the office and they said they would send someone else out. An hour later they showed. I had moved most of all my own things into the truck during that time so now all they had to do was unpack at the new home. I had given the sick man my tip for both of them before I left to my home to allow Xfinity in. He was the one who seemed in charge so I gave him the tip. I explained this to the other man. Well the sick man made sure that the tip I gave him went home or to the hospital with him. Leaving the other guy without his tip. I work with a lot of contractors. I am a member of NEFBA and I know when someone had been drinking to much the other night. We see it a lot. The office tried to explain to me that he was sick because he had a virus. To me it seemed like they were trying really hard to protect this employee. I don't understand? So what should have taken 4-5 hours to move took. 8 hrs. Total. All my Sons only took 200.00 off. And my bill was still over 1000.00. I'm sorry. But don't ever allow employees to show up when they are sick or had been drinking a little to much the night before a move. I did recieve an apology. I felt bad that the situation happened at all but it could have been avoided. They were other things that were spoken and said that I know it could have been avoided. But for the company to be fair I feel since I did 1/3 of the work myself moving my things, my bill should have been 1/3 off. Customer care is customer service. Care for your customer. Maybe they will come around again even if they didn't get the best service. I would have given one star but because of the apology I recieved from the office not the employee I gave two. My day was long and hard and sore. It was an unpleasant experience and not an easy move for me."

"Our move was a long one and definitely a little pricey but All My Sons sent their best crew with a gentlemen named Cody being their lead. Cody was very professional and personable. A lead like that made the crew feel relaxed yet organized to pack my house up as meticulous and fast as possible. Love that their Cody made sure to protect not only my household goods but our home interior walls, floor and doors!So kudos to the crew for helping my wife and I move into our new home!! My only critique is that an individual crew member constantly sighed, complained or frustrated when something needed to be relocated. It’s not a good look in front of a customer and can reflect badly on the rest of the crew that’s performing well…just my two cents. Other than that I was very happy with my move and definitely recommend this moving company!"

"We had the pleasure of working with Melvin Jones, Li, Quan, Gabe, and Ty Coleman. They disassembled, moved and reassembled our entire high school weight room which isn’t a light or easy job. These guys were incredible! When they ran into some complications, they problem-solved and came up with other solutions to get the job done. A job we thought would take 2 days to complete, they completed it way faster than we could ever imagine. The positive attitude they had throughout the day (a hot one at that) and how efficient they worked, makes me want to work with this company in the future. We could not thank them enough!"
