"Bad service at this location I went in to just print 1 document and both print machines were busy with customers taking a long time I went up to the store manager to ask for help if he can print out my 1 document and he did not bothered to help he just told me I have to wait till one of the customers are finished and just stayed behind the counter doing nothing instead of taking action and helping me just a moment to deliver excellent customer service. Being a manager is to play each roll when there’s a customer in need of assistance no matter what is the situation it doesn’t matter what company. Poor service people just want to work for the paychecks nowadays and forget about being kind and delivering great service to keep the image of each company positive and best at delivering customer service."

"Have had problems since updating system with new app. Last employee messed up my acct taking over my phone doing all sorts with the app. This time when I went in a Donavan (?) helped. He was GREAT. Took his time, worked with downloading app for me and between the two of us we were able to figure out all the kinks and get the app working and with my school acct. took about fifteen minutes but he was not giving up and was very patient with the situation. Great employee."

"The customer service in this store is very poor. Came here today to pick up blueprints, the girl that helped me acted like I was stupid, when I asked her a question. Then had to go another register to purchase an iPhone cord. When checking out, he was rude. No thank you, no you’re welcome. No personality. When making copies, ran out of paper, machine said out of paper, told the blue haired girl it was out of paper, she made me read the whole thing to her before she would come over to load paper. Spoke to : other customers in the store, they said yes they are rude and do not even really try to help you."

"Went to staples today March 4th. Wanted to buy Desk, chair, and file cabinet. Wanted over 5 minutes for someone to wait on us. No one came. Kid at registered said we only have 3 help in. Sorry Staples, you lost a big SALE, you had what we wanted but your service stunk. In fact, we had no services"

"I often stop in to this Staples when I have a last minute supplies or printing need. They also have a good selection of office chairs - it’s always nice to try out a chair before buying. The staff here are helpful, although sometimes I feel like they may need more staff on hand. Pricing isn’t the lowest, but the convenience is excellent."
