"One of these places where they make you feel you have nothing in life to do. you wait 1 hour to return one thing and there is no line at all. Always shopped at Home Depot this was closer to my house but not coming here anymore would rather drive than making me feel like I work for them."

"I love my Crystal in customer service who works to the knuckle. She is to the book but always goes the extra mile. My husband owns and runs his business through Lowe's so I do many exchanges and returns. If I can be helped she helps me. If I can't be helped I know she tried her best."

"Terrible customer service. Went in on 10/7/23 to buy a shower/tub fixture. Price on shelf was $169.99. Only self checkouts were open and when I scanned it rang at $199.99. Two female employees were standing nearby talking so I informed them the wrong price rang up. One immediately walked away. The other asked me if I took a picture of the price. What??? I told her no and she said she would need a picture. After staring at her for a couple of seconds, I said oh you want me to walk to the back of the store and take a picture so I can get charged the advertised price? Yes, she said. My kind husband started walking back to plumbing, in the back of the store. I pulled up a picture of the item on the Lowe’s website showing her the item is $169.99. She told me she couldn’t use that she needs a picture of the shelf. After waiting a few minutes for my husband I told her to take the item off, she was able to do that, and I left. Before leaving I told her this is terrible customer service. She looked at me and said sorry. I’m beginning a bathroom gut and remodel. I guess I will be purchasing my tub, tile, sink, faucets, etc. at Home Depot which is less than a mile from this Lowe’s. I’m not a Karen, but come on Lowe’s. Here’s your flippin’ picture for the next person who wants to buy it."

"Lowes Customer Service,  I was at the Lowes located in north lakeland Florida (off of 98 north ) this afternoon.  This is your supervisor/manager for the garden/outdoor department??. This is a demonic and stanatic shirt your staff was wearing. While working your worker had no Lowes shirt on but just this absolute profanity. I am amazed and appalled.  I was extremely uncomfortable with this and left without getting the mums I came for. I went to home depot and got the mums for my seasonal flower change at home depot instead. I am a loyal Lowes customer and I do not like to go to Home Depot because I find that their quality of flower and plants are typically less. Thank You, ~Brenda C."
