"NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO INVENTORY, NEGATIVE ENERGY. STORE FRONT NEEDS TO CLOSE. WAIST OF SPACE and PAYROLL. First and foremost it took over 30 minutes before any Best Buy employee came over to even ring me up. I'm standing here at the register trying to give you over $3000 today and several best buy associates just walked by the register, talking in their ear pieces to more important people. Eventually, someone came over and said are you ready to purchase. CLEARLY, I've been standing here at the register for half an hour. I show him what I want to purchase and he opens the secret door and says nope, out of stock. I can order it for you online. No out of stock label and the website indicated it was in stock at this location which is why I'm here. Secondly, alarms went off over and over from the slightest touch of the displayed devices coincidentally for my wife and I. What's interesting about the whole thing, I suppose security would come eventually and disable the alarm but not once did anyone ask if we needed help or had a question in the computer area. The only way we were able to get help was to walk over to the cell phone area and find someone with a blue shirt and even then, all he did was get on his headset and advise the more important people that a customer wants to purchase some computer equipment."

"Got to demo the Meta 3 VR headset. Staff had a dedicated person for two of the got items, the Wayfair style smart glasses by #Rayban and the #meta 3 VR. Knowledgeable and friendly and she was making sales. The device is really the next level over the 2. Big upgrade."

"Ordered a desktop and monitor for my 2 kid's xmas gift early while there was a decent sale. The items were delivered on 10/25 damaged. Upon calling a representative an exchange was scheduled for 10/29. On 10/26 the exchange was canceled for no reason, upon calling to inquire more, I am told that the item cannot be exchanged that only a refund can be given and then I can re order for 400$ more now that it is off sale. I will be making a trip to this location asap and they are going to replace the items that they damaged and will alter my review accordingly."

"worst retail store ever visited. opens much later than other stores still no merchandise on the floor most items looked they got returned before due packing tape all over. employees staying around looking on their private phone or talking to each other. if you looking for video game do NOT go here they have no actual games on stock. New Mario Game only for Pre Orders, went to Target next door they had like 40 for sales. Best Buy is only Worse Place to Buy anymore. unfriendly, dirty, messy store. If you guy an laptop ( $1000 ) warranty extension cost $400 for 3 years. Same Latop on ebay for $1000 but warranty is only $99 fun fact sold by Best Buy too. So no real reason to waste time and gas to get to the Physical Store at all."

"Every experience here is unfavorable. Long lines staff is always unavailable. Or this isn’t my area. Geek Squad even with an appointment is an 1 hour wait. If I can wait I usually just order on Amazon for half the price even with shipping. I was in today I was next in line when the gentleman Apple Rep in all black that works in the Apple Section. Came and took my Best Buy representative a way to help his Apple customer because she was applying for a credit card so I guess the $20 item I was purchasing wasn’t worth whatever $100s dollar item she was purchasing. To only see him on his phone in the corner moment later. I make multiple purchases through the year for home and my classroom. I’m very disappointed and will not returning ever."
