"Great store that's always clean and well stocked. The food court offers hot ans fresh foods that don't disappoint. That said, this location is crazy busy nearly all the time. You'll sometimes not get a cart, park a long ways from the door, and wait in long lines to check out... and another very long line to get scanned at the exit. Prepare for a lengthy visit."
"Was looking for a Costco in the area but stumbled on Sam's Club. They had a pretty good selection. Price is not too bad and friendly staff. Membership definitely worth it for $25 if you have young children."
"Be sure to check your fresh meat packages if buying protein. This is the second time I've bought protein and they cheated me out of the meat. I bought chicken breast and I found they added a couple Boneless thighs to it. I don't who packages the meat but people spend hard earned money. I've also bought filets and found later they were Sirloin cuts not cool at all. And nobody had time to run back to the store to complain and exchange. The drive for me is a bit far."
"This may seem like a small complaint but I believe it's a safety issue. The staff places the carts in the middle of the streets at the end of every row. This means that the drivers are avoiding pedestrians and carts. They also do this in the cross walk which blocks people from the safety of the median and they must stay in the road longer. I asked customer service about this and was told it was their policy. I believe this policy should be changed for safety over ease."
"Employees are pleasant to ask and to talk also in reference to products and groceries. The place is organize and clean. It's a great place to do your Holidays and your everyday regular shopping. Convenience to have a Sam credit card, it generate points that turn to cash wish you are able to use at the moment or let it grow, because it doesn't expire. In the future, I wish they upgrade the system with pay pal. I notice the new generation also likes to buy in Sam."
