"So I was in this store today at around 11:20am and right before it was my turn to get helped there were 2 extremely rude customers they were fussing and cussing and at one of the workers named lacy they cursed her out all because she was doing her job and they didn’t understand the process of how ups works because we don’t work they…How ever lacy and the other staff members handled the situation so well and very professionally lacy who was visibly upset kept her composure and still provided GREAT SERVICE TO THE REST OF US IN THE STORE THANK YOU LACY FOR THE HELP U GAVE AND TO YOUR TEAMMATES THANK YOU ALL FOR BEING SO PROFESSIONAL IN A TENSE SITUATION ❤️❤️❤️"
"Wanted to give a shout out to Terrie the manager at this location! She is so sweet and accommodating and just awesome! The other workers are super nice as well, and they all help you get set up right away with whatever you need with ease- package shipping, printing, copying, and more! Pretty decent prices too, and they get things traveling very swiftly, I’ve used this store several times and it definitely won’t be my last."
