"This store deserves every ounce of a five-star review. My wife and I live about a mile from the Mariner Blvd store but after 20 visits and all 20 being treated like absolute dirt, we finally decided to drive ten miles to the other side of town to store 5519, simply because the CS on Mariner was so miserable. We've been driving across town to visit this store for over a year now and I can't say enough. My wife has an amazon store and I ship / return at least 30 items a week. If I've visited once, I've visited 200 times, and EVERY SINGLE ENCOUNTER has been a pleasure. Every worker inside hustles, operates with a sense of urgency, polite, accommodating and generous. I can't tell you how many times Mariner Blvd would charge us $2 per piece of tape to re-secure a lose package that was already taped, and never once didn't charge us. On the contrary, 5519 has NEVER charged us. We don't take advantage, but it's not even a topic of conversation with 5519, they just take care of the customer, period. I can visualize 5 faces at 5519, and all five of them have treated me like gold, and have hustled, on every encounter. Happy to write this review, and happy to continue driving ten miles in the wrong direction, to receive the right treatment. Thank you, 5519! Ryan & Cassidy Russell"
"Had to stop and leave a review about this particular UPS Store. I went in to print a label and some colored copies. They were super friendly, helpful, and definitely have a sense of humor. John, in particular, was the man! Will come back again for its services!!"
