"I received the product and the instructions on the bottle are clear although there is a typo, and one bottle says 30 ppm and the other says 35ppm. The bottles are very convenient and the whole process is easy. Unfortunately, I’m trying to get a question answered and have written three emails with no responses. There is no phone. There is no customer service. I just wanted to find out if you need to take a different amount depending on your weight. I’m searching and searching for answers. I should not have to do that. I should be able to contact the place where I bought the product to get my questions answered."
