"We had the Enchiladas and the Carnitas. The carnitas were definitely good , not dry at all and the enchiladas were just as flavourful. Also for people that are saying enchiladas do not go with parmesan cheese you are right. That's COTIJA CHEESE which goes with enchiladas or chilaquiles."
