"Yesterday I came to visit store the first time and there was great woman with excellent customer service who help me find what I was looking for but as I was browsing for me bottles of wine a staff member verbally attacked her and was very disrespectful she kept trying to do her job and this man was degrading her saying horrible things. He should not work for customer service and he needs to be removed from this place of business. When I asked her, name she said Nala I would not be giving 5 stars it's only because of her."
"When ever I go I always see 3 different emplees one spanish girl who always greets me with a smile and helps me with what ever I need and is always working hard she's great and does everything there stocking putting away trucks cleaning etc. but there's also a white lady that I've seen several times being belligerent and noding off behind the counter there has been times were I've seen her almost asleep in her car during her shift and she just seems out of it. There's also a long haired white guy that works night shift that seems like he doesn't wanna be there that is very rude to customers especially female customers I was there today and he came in slamming things around and started screaming at the other spanish employee getting in her face and being extremely hostile towards her she ended up leaving the store crying she stuck up for her self very well though I feel bad that she has to work in that horrible work environment I heard the spanish girl tell him mark pease stop screaming at me we have customers but he he continued to scream louder and get in her face the girl did not deserve to be treated or screamed at like that he should absolutely be FIRED I've only seen him get like that towards female customers and today towards the female employee it sure says alot about him."
"Best Largo spot to get your Beer, Wine, and Liquor needs fully satisfied for reasonable prices. Less than Total Wine, if they have what you need, you'll find a better price and FAR better staff and service."
"Purchased bottle of whiskey and vermouth, it was put in a brown bag , when I got out of my car the bottle broke right through the bag and smashed all over my carport. I went back and told the woman what happened and she just said oh sorry, I had to buy a new one. And I told her to double bag bottles!"
