First Coast Supply

"My wife and I like to use local small business vendors and we recently purchased two toilets from First Coast Supply. The toilets were nice quality and not cheap, and unfortunately the customer service was very poor all the way around. First, we waited over 2 months after being told it would be 4-6 weeks for our order. There were no updates on our order from our salesperson, Jackie. We finally called to find out what the status was and only then did they call the manufacturer to find out what was going on with our order. We waited another two weeks in which I had to call again to find out the delivery date. Upon delivery yesterday, the drivers inspected the toilets and one was found to be broken, so they brought it back. I contacted Jackie immediately, she let me know they had another toilet for us. I spoke with her this morning and she informed me that she inspected the toilet herself and it was intact, but what she failed to let me know is that it was the floor display they were sending to us. The delivery drivers informed my wife of this at which time she called me at work with this information. I called up Jackie and asked if we would be receiving a discount since this was the floor display, and she said that she needed to talk to the owner and would get right back with me. A short time later I received a phone call from the company, expecting that I would be speaking with her again, instead the person on the other end of the line stated “I heard you wanted to speak to me” without any introduction and I asked if this was the owner which it was. I informed him as to what transpired and he said that they don’t give discounts and that they were trying to help us out by sending the floor model. He offered to have the delivery drivers come back and pick up the toilet for a refund but we have been waiting for months for these toilets and ordered them specifically to have them in and installed in time for Thanksgiving, which obviously did not happen. Instead, we got a Bait and Switch from the company under the guise of them doing us a favor. What a joke and absolute disappointment. I’ve never felt so insulted, and I’ll never use them again. I recommend to steer clear of this business."

"Have had a great experience with First Coast Supply. Don was my sales rep for new construction appliances. Britney is the scheduler and coordinator for pre inspection and installation. The pre inspection by Johnny was very helpful citing several corrections needed by trades. I had my installation today and was very pleased with Luis and the other guys. I liked that they are from FC and not a third party so no passing the Nick. They were pleasant, thorough and answered all my questions. Britney has been very helpful following up at several points in the post purchase process. I would definitely use First Coast again."

"I must share that the Granite division was over the top incredible.. They did my fireplace and it looks like a masterpiece. It is exquisite, gorgeous and we absolutely love it. "If I would have been able to give no star review I would have. I worked with Jackie on ordering a toilet tissue holder and she helped me to pick out the left tissue holder instead of the right. When I received it this week it is the wrong side and should have been right side. I called to get it replcaced and they said I need to now pay a restocking charge of 32.50 due to her mistake. I am good paying the new shipping but not the 32.50. I have spent over 11k there and for 32.50 the owner was unwilling to absorb that 32.50 when the mistake was clearly Jackies. I have worked with Keri there and she was great but Jackie has been difficult to work with on the bathroom project. Please be aware the customer is not important and the owner gave me the I don't care about your problem attitude when I called. I will make sure all other needs for my home are fulfilled by another store. Please move forward with purchases at this store cautiously. You were not professional and the story isn't how you told it."

"I worked with Kim H. to get my appliance package for my new home. She was incredible person to work with and very knowledgeable with all the questions I had. She also was very helpful in the scheduling and installation process of the new appliances. Then she informed me of a great rebate that I was able to get if I purchased the same brand I wanted but better quality to qualify for the rebate. She by far is the best person I have ever worked with. I would recommend her to anyone that needs to get home appliances."
