"Horrible customer service it’s always new people and it seems like they only hire people on drugs here this store really sucks people always outside the store asking you for money and the store never clean and the young workers here are rude and disrespectful"

"I would give negative stars if I could. The little boy working with all the piercings in his face was extremely rude!!! Was told I couldn’t use their bathroom was told if you people didn’t do drugs in the bathroom that it would be open. That was extremely offensive. To group all customers together like that!! One could say he looks like someone that would be using drugs in the bathroom. He smelled quite strong of marijuana. Good to know that’s the kind of employees you choose to employ. Rude druggies."

"It's pretty sad when you walk into a store like this one, ask for this lottery ticket (don't have it) ask for that lottery ticket (don't have it) yet the tickets are not in their proper places cause $5 ticket is actully a $10 ticket, and then the lady says "don't get nasty with me" because I'm asking what tickets do you have since they aren't marked as empty and they aren't in their right slots.....so I tell her that someone needs to turn over all the tickets they don't have so people aren't getting irritated because your store says you have that ticket , yet you don't. So the only person getting irritated was the old lady who could careless aut the sale......or doing her job, even the assistant manager BELLA didn't even care to come see what was going on. See people today all they want is money, yet they don't want to work for it.....and then Bella talking to a man who can work, yet is bragging about how he's getting free money from that state and she offers him a job stocking the cooler and cleaning the lot.....PART-TIME...wow......you can't stock your own cooler or clean your own lot? This is exactly the point, people want money, but don't want to work for it, not to mention half of the 7-elevens in pasco county are run by drug addicts, can't tell you how stores I've been in where employees are messed up chewing on their own teeth, or gums....called the company and they don't care."

"This is literally the worst gas station I've ever been too. Staff sucks always complaining or cursing very loudly. There's homeless people badgering you everywhere all the time. And the store is a mess"

"3rd shift is full of people nodding out. I had one lady tell me the lotto machine was down because she didn't wanna handle it because she had a line only for me to watch her take the person after me and do lotto for them. There is one manager who is rude to all employees in front of customers. Let's not forget the people loitering here at dark making you uncomfortable. Stay away from this place after dark"
